Our history start in summer 1984, witch is more than 20 years of experience!

Luis Das Neves, son of emigrates, lived few years in Morocco, then in France, until to decide to come back to his origins the South of Portugal.

It is in this pretty region of Algarve, exactly in Tavira, small town know as “little Venice" that the project born.

Begin his activity in real estate sales and rentals properties through the Cie. "Algarve Holidays".

To consolidate the development, another Cie. is born ESPAÇO-PRIVILEGIO, Ltd.

Today strong of a large experience of 20 years old, we can advise our future clients and owners about the promotion of apartments, houses, manors, resorts… as well as the maintenance of properties, pools and gardens...

We trade and build pools in Algarve and do maintenance properties and gardens...

The structure that had been created is able to meet a lot of foreigners on the same time. Our staf speak several languages than English/Spanish/French & Portuguese of course.

Recently in January of 2006, had been created a new structure in the Northeastern of Brasil, estate of Pernanbuco.
